HISTORY
Landco Pacific Corporation (Landco) is the
Philippines’ leading real estate company
in leisure development.
Founded
in 1990 by Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr., Landco
has become a major, multi-product real estate
development company engaged in high-end leisure,
urban and hometown communities, hotels and
resorts, malls and commercial business districts,
and memorial parks.
For
almost two decades, Landco has planned and
managed about 80 development projects for
some of the country's major property developers,
such as The Tutuban Center and Filinvest Festival
Mall. It was also responsible for the development
