First
of all, you must be paid at least 50% of the
Total Contract Price of your property. After
that, you have to accomplish and submit all
required documents including the Request for
Survey, Construction and Building Permits, Location
Plans and drawing to Landco’s technical
department for approval.
Will
the subdivision have an architectural theme?
Yes.
The subdivision will be Southern-American inspired.
Landco will be very strict in implementing its
Deed of Restriction to ensure that the subdivision
will have a uniform architectural theme.
Is
the subdivision secure enough?
As
security is one primary concern of homeowners,
our subdivision will have 24-hour security.
When
can you provide for the Transfer Certificate
of Title?
Once
you have fully paid the property and forwarded
to us your payment for taxes and processing
fees, we will be able to give you all the documents
after two to three months.
Will
you charge associations dues to lot/homeowners?
Eventually
yes. Once there is already Homeowners Association
in the subdivision, it will start collecting
association dues for the maintenance of the
subdivision such as, but not limited to: service
of the security guards, garbage collection,
maintenance of the clubhouse and sports facilities,
etc.
I
am working abroad, how can I pay my monthly
amortization?
For
your convenience, you should open a local peso
current/ checking account and issue post-dated
checks payable to Landco Pacific Corporation/
Central Weyland Properties, Inc. as payment
for your scheduled amortization. Or, you can
execute a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) authorizing
your relative who is living in the Philippines
to pay your monthly amortization and to act
in your behalf.

Can
Filipinos who have assumed foreign citizenship
